In a case of dumb and dumber, a Canberran man went joyriding through ACT streets, videoed the entire high speed act and uploaded it to YouTube.

The 20 year old will now face court after police were notified of the footage and managed to track the motor cyclist down.

The YouTube video shows the biker traveling at speeds in excessof 200km/h in a 60 km zone.

The man will face charges at the ACT Magistrates Court later this year.
