Soon the production of curved smartphones will no longer be exclusive to the Koreans. Today, images of ZTE’s upcoming flagship smartphone – the Grand S Ext were uploaded on Red Dot 21 (a global design website).
The phone will use NMT or Nano Moulding Technology in order to achieve the curves on its body. Basically NMT injects plastic and metal together in a mould to produce a lightweight, easy to manufacture and durable material.
The ZTE Grand S Ext will come with a Smart dock featuring wireless charging capabilities. There’s no word yet on device specs more so on pricing and availability, but we’ll update our website once more details about the device pushes through.
