Win A House

Microsoft promotion offers hard-up students a fully decked house to live in for seven months.

In celebration of Windows 7, Microsoft Australia is calling out to all University and TAFE students attending an Australian tertiary institution, who are serious about sharing, for their chance to win the ultimate student house to share with their friends.

University and TAFE student entrants have the opportunity to win seven months’ rent free (to the value of $1500 per week) in the house of their dreams, while sponsor Microsoft will also fit the house out with Dell laptops – loaded with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office, HTC HD2  Windows mobiles and Xbox consoles and games packs.

To be eligible to win, all Uni and TAFE student entrants have to do is prove their love of sharing by telling as many people they can about Windows 7 in as many innovative and creative ways possible….as long as it’s safe, doesn’t hurt anybody and it’s legal. It could be a funny stunt, video, blogs, posters, Tweets – imagination is the only limit.

All submissions must be posted on the Facebook Fan Page http://www.facebook.com/TheStudentHouse, to ensure the hard work grabs the attention it deserves and puts them in the running to take out the major prize. Plus, each week Microsoft will award bonus prizes to the most outstanding entries.

The Microsoft Student House competition is now open. Entries close on 12 April 2010. For more information on the Student House competition or details on how to enter, simply head to facebook.com/thestudenthouse.
