DIY video surveillance and consumer electronics company, Swann has recently introduced a new addition to its range of remote control helicopter: featuring an on-board wireless video camera.

The Black Swann lets users record their flights as videos onto a microSD card at the touch of a button. These videos can then be shared with friends by removing the MicroSD card (comes with a 1GB card) and transferring the files via a standard card reader.

Swann’s helicopters feature Easy-Fly Gyro Technology, trim adjustment for added stability and dual joystick controls on the radio frequency remote control for six-way multi-directional flying including up/down, forward/backward, left and right turns.

The Black Swann RC helicopter is powered by a lithium ion battery which is light and powerful and can be easily recharged via the supplied power adaptor.

Easy to recharge and control, the Black Swan’s radio frequency remote control is powered by 6 x AA batteries (not included) with an indicator light to assist with charging. Swann’s RC helicopters are designed for indoor flying and for people over 14 years of age. They include a spare set of replacement rotors and a bonus landing pad game.
