TEAC Turntable Converts Vinyl To MP3s
- Records records
- Built-in AM/FM tuner
- Can store up to 20 tracks
TEAC Australia is reviving vinyl with an addition to its audio line-up, the LPU190 Turntable Recorder. Featuring a recording function, TEAC’s LPU190 allows users to transform their vinyl classics into mp3 files to enjoy on an mp3 player.
It is claimed to be extremely quick and easy to use as it records vinyl albums directly onto USB or an SD card without the need to connect a computer. The vinyl album is placed onto the belt driven record player while an external USB device or SD card is connected into the port.
Not just a recorder, the unit also features a built-in AM/FM radio, amplifier and speakers. It works as a stand-alone audio device, or can be connected to an external HiFi system. The LPU190 also features built-in RIAA equaliser and two full range speakers.
With the ability to store up to 20 tracks on memory, the LPU190 also comes equipped with a plastic dust cover. It is available with a 12 month warranty.
