Sony says its latest compact system camera, the NEX-F3 with its DSLR- features, small compact body, faux-industrial design and price will allow users to enjoy the world of imaging with interchangeable lenses without the bulk and size of a digital SLR camera.

The NEX-F3 features a built-in flash, 16.1 megapixel Exmor APS HD CMOS sensor, low-noise stills, Full HD video, auto portrait framing and self-portrait; face detection and smile shutter; auto mode; sweep panorama (2D/3D); auto HDR and hand-held twilight mode,

Using its clear image zoom, which doubles effective magnification of the lens, the NEX-F3 has been designed to take the guesswork out of choosing the right camera function with the auto mode recognising a wide range of scenes and subjects.

One unique feature of this camera is the three-inch, Live View LCD panel with an auto brightness control feature which tilts up to 180-degrees and automatically mirrors the image displayed onscreen when at full stretch meaning there are now many more creative ideas users can  play with.
