Nokia’s partnership with Microsoft has certainly made it easy for the Finnish company to dominate the Windows Phone market with its Lumia smartphones. However, rumour has it that the biggest player in Android’s playing field may do a cross-over to Windows Phone, giving Nokia a run for its money.
According to reports Windows Phone OS-packing Samsung SM-W750V might make an appearance at MWC this February. The smartphone is said to have a 5-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Moreover, the User Agent profile (an xml or rdf file that contains specific information about a wireless device) of the handset is now accessible at Samsung Mobile’s official website and shows that the phone also has LTE and Internet Explorer.
Other than the information mentioned above, much is unknown about the SM-W750V. If this model is indeed a Windows-powered phone, we’ll just have to wait for its announcement next month in Barcelona.
