Panasonic Announces Australian Launch Of Its 4K UHD TV

Panasonic today announced the Australian launch of its Viera 4K Ultra HD TV – the TH-L65WT600A. The company’s new 65-inch Ultra HD TV provides consumers with 4K 50p/60p input, based on HDMI 2.0 and Display Port 1.2a specifications. The new model will support the native 4K output devices and 4K video cameras that will enter the market in the near future.

 

Panasonic today announced the Australian launch of its Viera 4K Ultra HD TV – the TH-L65WT600A.

The company’s new 65-inch Ultra HD TV provides consumers with 4K 50p/60p input, based on HDMI 2.0 and Display Port 1.2a specifications. The new model will support the native 4K output devices and 4K video cameras that will enter the market in the near future.

The Viera 4K TV also features the 4K Fine Remaster Engine, a database type ultra-high-resolution engine that renders various types of content into highly detailed, high-definition 4K Ultra HD TV images.

It also has built-in smart features for enhanced ease of use. For starters, the “My Home Screen” feature provides instant access to users’ favourite content on a personalised TV screen. Voice iteration functionality on the other hand allows users to operate the TV by talking to it (via a Touch Pad Controller or smartphone).

The TH-L65WT600A Viera 4K Ultra HD TV will be available in Australia by the second half of October with pricing information announces shortly before the launch date.
