Nokia’s Ovi store has served up a portal aimed at sports fanatics.
Sportal AFL 2010 and Sportal NRL 2010 are the latest applications from local digital media specialist Sportal, and are now available from the Ovi Store.
Users can keep up with live scores and text commentary, team and player stats, round by round fixtures, team announcements, match previews, all supplemented by post match analysis by Sportal’s team of AFL and NRL analysts.
Sportal’s team of journalists will produce daily news reports by being on the ground at clubs and training sessions, weekly podcasts Mondayitis (AFL) and Unleashed (NRL) and the latest audio from press conferences.
The applications are available through the Ovi Store on all Nokia touchscreen handsets including the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, Nokia N97, Nokia N97 mini, Nokia X6, and the Nokia 5230 for AUD$2.
