Chinese smartphone manufacturer OPPO is partnering with Woolworths Mobile to offer a number of its handsets on 24 month contracts. Woolworths Mobile will be ranging the OPPO R9, OPPO R9 Plus, and the newly announced OPPO F1s.
The OPPO F1s is available from AUD$35 per month, including 1GB of data, AUD$1,000 of talk, unlimited text, and a AUD$25 Woolworths gift card. The OPPO R9 is available from AUD$45 per month, including 1GB of data, AUD$1,000 of talk, unlimited text, and a AUD$25 Woolworths gift card. And the OPPO R9 Plus available from AUD$55 per month, including 1GB of data, AUD$1,000 of talk, unlimited text, and a AUD$25 Woolworths gift card.
Previously, Woolworths Mobile only had Samsung smartphones available on contract.
The newly announced OPPO F1s sits somewhere between entry-level and midrange in terms of features and hardware. The 5.5-inch phone boasts a 5.5-inch display running at 720p, a MediaTek MT7750 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, a 3,075mAh battery, a 16MP rear-facing camera, 13MP front-facing camera, and a fingerprint printer. It runs OPPO's customised (and somewhat Apple inspired) take on Android – ColorOS 3.0 – based on Lollipop.
The OPPO F1s is also available outright at an asking price of AUD$348 through OPPO's online store and JB Hi-Fi.
