Nokia’s New Smartphones Arrive October

N8 finally to make appearance Nokia on record saying they expect ‘big things’ from N8 More than 250 features on new phones

After CEO Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo got the boot last week, Nokia might have egg on its face if the last units to roll out under his guidence end up being hits.

Three new smartphones – the Nokia E7, Nokia C7 and Nokia C6 – join the highly anticipated Nokia N8 to complete a line-up of Symbian products that are due to arrive before the end of the year, with an October arrival date more than likely.

One of the main reasons Kallasvuo was sacked was due to how the Nokia board saw Nokia’s smartphones stacking up against the likes of Samsung, HTC and Apple, and not faring well. The latest version of the Symbian platform is said to bring more than 250 new features, which could possibly make smartphone aficionados stand up and take notice.
