Mobile phone monolith Nokia is set to expand their Nseries of phones with two new handsets launching in Australia for the first quarter of 2009.

The phones are the Nokia N79, the brand’s new smartphone and the N85 which will be a new mobile gaming handheld. Both phones are equipped with 5.0 megapixel camera and GPS navigation.

Still no news as to when the new Nokia touch screen models will make an appearance, though insiders are tipping as early as the end of the year. Nokia has not had a touch screen model since 2003 with the Nokia 7700.
