Motorola promises bigger batteries, better cameras and lower prices with its three new smartphones

Motorola overnight announced three new smartphones: a 2015 update to the Moto G, the mid-range Moto X Play, and the high-end Moto X Style (pictured above).

The Moto X Style is Motorola's new flagship smartphone, and stretches out last year's Moto X to a phablet-esque 5.7-inches. Despite the increase in-size and bump to Quad HD resolution, Motorola says the new handset has a 76% screen-to-body ratio – one of the highest in the industry. Because of this, the Moto X Style is still smaller than the iPhone 6 Plus, which only has a 5.5-inch screen.
