The housing for the Moto W233 Renew is made from recycled water bottles which in turn can also be recycled when the time comes to upgrade to a new phone.

According to Motorola the phone is carbon neutral as the company is also buying carbon ofsets from Carbonfund.org. No news as to whether the phone will get an Australian release however US green geeks can pick up a handset from T-Mobile later this month.
