Leaked images of new LG handset and an alleged BlackBerry R10 were spotted on the Internet on two separate occasions last weekend.

The BlackBerry R10 which was first seen on an Instagram account sports a QWERTY keyboard just like the recently launched Q10 but will be built from plastic and is aimed at the mid-range BB 10 market who wants a more affordable QWERTY device.

The photo taken from the Instagram account (at present the account has already been disabled/deleted) shows two BB R10s, one in red while the other in white. Although it’s almost a safe bet that there might be more than two colour options for customers once the phone is launched sometime in Q3 of 2013.

Another phone that was spotted over the weekend was a mysterious LG smartphone that sports a design aesthetic new to the brand. Unlike current LG phones, this one doesn’t have any front-facing buttons, physical or otherwise.

LG

Is this the rumoured Nexus 5? A lot of people think that this might be unlikely as the phone features a prominent LG logo which makes it a better candidate to be a LG Optimus G successor rather than a Nexus.
