Nokia’s thunder was stolen today by popular tipster evleaks as images and specs of the Lumia 625, the Finnish company’s upcoming Windows Phone 8 smartphone that is expected to launch tomorrow.
The smartphone features a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 chipset with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, 8GB of on-board storage which can be expanded up to 64GB via a microSD card, a 4.7-inch LCD screen. The device’s screen has a resolution of 800×480 pixels and has a pixel density of 221 pixels per inch and features Nokia’s super sensitive touch technology.
There’s a 5MP camera at the back of the device with a LED flash and is capable of capturing 1080p videos at 30fps. The Lumia 625 will also sport dual-band Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS with GLONASS and LTE. The phone will come in a number of colour options including orange, bright green, yellow, black and white.
