LG’s made a weird roll-up Bluetooth keyboard

LG will showcase a roll-up Bluetooth keyboard as part of its exhibition at the IFA technology convention in Berlin. Dubbed Rolly, the portable keyboard folds up along its four rows to create an "easy-to-carry stick". Unlike other collapsible keyboards, the Rolly features solid plastic keys.

The Rolly can be pair with up two devices simultaneously, and has two fold-out arms for holding a tablet or a larger smartphone. A single AAA battery provides three months of "average" use.

LG will start selling the Rolly Keyboard in the United States in September, before a wider release in 2015's last quarter. Pricing has yet to be confirmed.
