Kylie shows sell out in minutes

Tix to Kylie’s Australian concerts have sold out in minutes. The Kylie X2008 tour which will see shows taking place in Melbourne, and Sydney in December sold out in record time.

Tix to Kylie’s Australian concerts have sold out in minutes. The Kylie X2008 tour which will see shows taking place in Melbourne, and Sydney in December sold out in record time.

Tickets went on sale ay 9:30am and had sold out in two minutes. Demand for tickets were so strong that the promoter (Michael Gudinsky) added second shows in both cities by 9:45am.

Says Gudinski: “She continues to lift the bar for artists everywhere with the size and quality of her shows.”

The show has already played 53 sold out dates, to half a million Kylie fans across Europe in 21 countries. It features an IMAX-sized video screen and floor screens and costumes by Jean Paul Gaultier.
