HTC’s next flagship smartphone revealed in leaked images

Other rumors include a home-button based fingerprint scanner similar to those found on Samsung’s offerings, a Snapdragon 820 chipset (also found in some Samsung Galaxy S7 variants), 4GB of RAM, and expandable storage via microSD card. The phone will reportedly ship with Android 6.0.1, with HTC’s Sense 8.0 overlay.

The HTC 10 will reportedly use a 12 ‘ultrapixel’ rear-facing camera with assisted autofocus. Both the front and rear cameras are said to feature optical image stabilisation.

Notably missing are HTC’s Boomsound branded front-facing stereo speakers, featured on its previous flagship series phones.

Pricing and availability for the HTC 10 have yet to be revealed.
