What do you say when you’re invited to play the most anticipated game of the year? You say yes, and you bring your video capture machine as well (don’t leave home without it).
So let’s set the scene. It’s a nice Wednesday afternoon and you hail a taxi only to find yourself in a debate with the driver about Mac vs PC. Yes the driver picked up on the large Antec case which was obstructing his vision and picked me for a big nerd. Upon entering Microsoft’s HQ (aka building with really good air conditioning) I printed out my own sticky name tag and made my way to the Xbox Room. The Xbox Room is the opposite to the War Room in Kubrick’s Dr Strangelove where “There is no fighting in the War Room”. This was Halo 3 and it was time to finish the fight. Things are very busy here at the Cyber Shack right now so it’s a fight that I’m still waiting to finish, but we quickly put together some vision coupled with Charlie B’s thoughts. This is the first Aussie hands on for Halo 3. We hope you enjoy it and we’re looking forward to spending some more time with Halo 3.
