Facebook Home for Android has generally received some hype since its launch a few days ago and it appears that Facebook isn’t planning to get out of the limelight just yet.

Facebook Home for Android has generally received some hype since its launch a few days ago and it appears that Facebook isn’t planning to get out of the limelight just yet. This time it’s time for iOS owners to get a taste of some of Facebook Home’s features.
Today, Facebook introduced version 6.0 of its iOS app and brings a few improvements to iPad and iPhone owners. For starters, Facebook’s Chat Heads make an appearance in the new app. However, it doesn’t work the same way in Android as the Chat Heads feature only work inside the app and only on Facebook messages.
The new app also welcomes stickers. Stickers which are emoji-like pictures that users can send to their contacts using the app’s messaging function. Stickers are downloadable in packs of related images.
Lastly, the app update has brought some much welcomed improvements in terms of the UI especially for the iPad. Texts on the app are now more legible reducing the occurrence of inconsistent font sizes, pictures are displayed better and feeds are presented in a more readable and more intuitive method.
