Cyber-safety awareness campaign gives Aussie kids the chance to compete for a share in AUD$6,000

Trend Micro Australia is again running "What's Your Story", a competition designed to foster cyber-safety awareness in young children. Participants between the age of five and twelve are required to submit a poster based around the theme of "your business is your business" to be in the running for a share of AUD$6,000.

Posters submitted to the competition should consider how young Australians can keep their personal information safe online, and the risks technology can impose upon one's privacy.

Entries for What's Your Story close on September 20, and winners will be announced around October 12. The first prize winner will receive AUD$3,000, and two runners up will receive AUD$1,500 each.

CyberShack publisher Charlie Brown is one of the contest’s judges.

Entries can be submitted via Trend Micro’s What's Your Story micro-site.
