Canada’s Wind Mobile has accidentally posted the specs of Google’s upcoming Nexus 5 in its pre-registration page.

Based on the post, the new Nexus 5 will have a 4.95-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a pixel density of 445 pixels per inch. The smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chip with a 2.3GHz quad-core processor and 2GB of RAM.

There’s an 8MP camera at the back of the device with OIS and a 1.3MP camera at the front. The Nexus 5 will come in either 16GB or 32GB variants and will feature dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, NFC (Near Field Communication), microUSB, Slimport, dual microphones and ceramic hardware buttons.

The LG Nexus 5 weighs in at 130g and will run on Android 4.4 KitKat.

At present, the pre-registration page at Wind Mobile’s page has already been taken down, but given that carriers are already accepting lists for people to be notified once the handset arrives mean that it’s only a matter of time before we see the Nexus 5 make its debut.
