Asus Brings Three New Devices To Australia

Asus has just announced that three new devices will be heading to Australia in the next couple of weeks including the much anticipated Transformer Book Trio, the Transformer Book T100 and two new Zenbook Ultrabooks. The two Transformer Books both feature a two-part dockable design that allows the devices to transform from a laptop to a tablet in an instant. 

 

Asus has just announced that three new devices will be heading to Australia in the next couple of weeks including the much anticipated Transformer Book Trio, the Transformer Book T100 and two new Zenbook Ultrabooks.

The two Transformer Books both feature a two-part dockable design that allows the devices to transform from a laptop to a tablet in an instant. Of the two, Transformer Book Trio that packs two processors, one is the latest generation Intel Core processor for the PC Station keyboard dock while the other is an Intel Atom Processor for the 11.6-inch display that doubles as an Android tablet when detached.

The second device heading to Aussie shores in the coming weeks is the Transformer Book T100. The T100 has a 10.1-inch fully detachable HD display and an Intel Atom Bay Trail quad-core processor. Its lightweight keyboard dock sports precision-engineered keys, a multi-touchpad with support for Windows 8.1 gestures and USB 3.0.

Lastly, there’s the new Zenbook UX301 and UX302 Ultrabooks. The new laptops sport the trademark metallic spun design in past Zenbooks but now have an added layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for added durability and gloss. Both models feature a 13.3-inch display with Full HD resolution and WQHD resolution for sharp images and text.

To power the new Zenbooks, Asus has added the 4th generation Intel Core processors for improved multi-tasking performance.

The Asus Transformer Book Trio will be available from late November starting at $1599. The Transformer Book T100 Is now available for around $599. And finally, the new Zenbooks will be available by late November.
