The rumour mill's been telling us that September 9 is the day for about a month now, but Apple's made it official. Apple today sent out invitations to an event held at 10am on September 9, where they are expected to announce the iPhone 6 and iWatch. When converted to local time, this equates to 3am on September 10.
The invite provides a typically ambiguous tag-line: "Wish we could say more". While it's difficult to deduce if Apple is teasing a feature or just being cryptic for the sake of it, we'll know what the hardware giant has in store when we wake up on the 10th. Not long to go!
