Acer recently unveiled two new handsets that will certainly be appealing to frequent travellers who manage several phone lines whenever they travel out of the country.

The Acer Liquid E600 and E700 are typical 5-inch Android smartphones with the exception of a very unique feature – three SIM Card slots. Other than having the ability to juggle three different phone numbers, both the E600 and E700 are standard Android fanfare.

The Liquid E700 is meant for users in need of a long battery life. The phone boasts a 3500mAh battery that could last up to 60 hours in standby. Acer has equipped the phone with Android 4.4 KitKat and uses a quad-core processor with 4GB of expandable storage.

Meanwhile, the Liquid E600 focuses on providing speedy data connectivity with an LTE radio that offers up to 150Mbps download speeds. It also has an 8MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture and Acer’s RAPID software allowing the easy capture of images and videos with a single press of a button.

Both the Acer Liquid E600 and E700 will be available by Q3 2014 with pricing information and full specifications to be announced in the coming weeks.
