At the University of Regensburg in Germany, students on the nanotechnology department have been so bored that they’ve created a Christmas calendar worthy of any secret Santa… you just can’t see it.

The Christmas calendar measures just barely one one-hundred-thousandth of a centimetre wide and features details as small as twenty nanometres.

Just don’t expect there to be chocolates as they’d literally melt into nothingness.
