Supersonic Beer Created

Ways of making beer have just taken a leap forward with the creation of supersonic beer. Instead of traditional means of brewing beer, steam is blasted at supersonic speeds into the brewing tank to “rip the liquid apart to form tiny atomised droplets”. This then creates a huge surface area to speed up brewing reactions.

Instead of traditional means of brewing beer, steam is blasted at supersonic speeds into the brewing tank to “rip the liquid apart to form tiny atomised droplets”. This then creates a huge surface area to speed up brewing reactions.

The result is about as fresh a beer as you can really get and actually consumes forty percent less energy and leaves less waste.
