Finally, invisibility is here! Scientists have finally gone and created a cloaking field to hide something found in the visual light spectrum.

Finally, invisibility is here! Scientists have finally gone and created a cloaking field to hide something found in the visual light spectrum.

But unless you’re 10 micrometres you won’t be able to enjoy the sight or lack of sight of the invisible object. It’s only two dimensional, but the device responsible for this redirects rays of light around the object so that they come out of the opposite end.

It also unfortunately only works in a 2D world.
