One of the most popular alternative rock acts from years gone by comes to the Rock Band game
Jane’s Addiction is the latest band to join the gaming fraternity with their debut album, Nothing’s Shocking, been added to the Rock Band franchise via download.
The recently reformed band’s first album was named as one of the top 500 albums of all time, according to Rolling Stone magazine.
The big three consoles – Wii, Xbox 360 and PS3 – will be able to get the download, however each will have a different means of obtaining the game. Xbox 360 owners will can get the album for 1280 MS points or 160 points per song; Wii gamers have to pay US$2 per track or 200 Wii points per track (there is no album option); while PS3 users can by the whole album for US$15.99 or US1.99 per track.
Nothing’s Shocking will be appearing on Xbox LIVE Marketplace and the Wii Music Store on Wednesday, April 29. PS3 gamers will get the DLC with their Thursday update, April 30.
