Hi-Def Show For Gamers

Sony is launching a television station that will be via its PlayStation Network – however, there is a catch.

Sony’s new interactive game show, First Play, will be available through its Playstation network, however not in Australia – and, there are no plans to have it here any time soon.

A co-pro between gaming specialist magazine publisher, Future Publishing, First Play – unsurprisingly – will showcase the latest games and offer exclusive DLC.

The show claims it will also have reviews by gaming veterans, and well as previews of upcoming games from Future Publishing’s Official PlatStation Magazine.

Interestingly, they will be charging for it (about $18 for three months), so it will be interesting to see how many people take up the offer, and whether such a system will be available in Australia.
