Teen pop sensation Gabriella Cilmi returned to Australia to claim her place as Pop Queen – scooping the pool at this year’s ARIA Awards. The diminutive teen scored six awards including Best Female Artist and Single of the Year.

Other artists to win big were danc maestros The Presets who walked away with three gongs for Album of the Year, Best Group and Best Dance Release.
