MySpace Trekkie fans get first look at new Star Trek movie
MySpace has announced that its users will be treated to a special pre-release screening of Star Trek on May 4th for free.
Taking place in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, RSVP’s for the Star Trek MySpace Black Curtain screening will open on Thursday April 23rd. Those wishing to attend, need to add the Black Curtain www.myspace.com/blackcurtainau to their MySpace ‘friends’ and RSVP for the event at 5pm Thursday April 23rd.
Star Trek is the latest in a long line of pre-release screenings that MySpace has secured for their popular Black Curtain events. Recent screenings include; Twilight, Australia, High School Musical 3 and The Dark Knight.
Since its debut, Star Trek has become one of the most popular names in the history of science fiction entertainment. This latest incarnation of the series from director J.J. Abrams (Mission: Impossible III, Lost and Alias) features a new vision and a young, new crew, venturing boldly where no man has gone before.
