With Christmas just around the corner, EA is offering  FIFA Soccer 11 at the iTunes store for the iPad.

With authentic teams, superstar players and precision controls,EA SPORTS FIFA Soccer 11 on iPad brings the world’s most popular sports videogame to the slate.

With FIFA Soccer 11 for iPad, players can kick off their game no matter where they are – matching up more than 500 officially licensed teams from over 30 officially licensed leagues around the world, and taking the field with superstars like Real Madrid’s Kaká and Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney.

iPad’s large, high resolution display and Multi-Touch interface delivers good visual excellence and gameplay to the user – and sets the stage for authentic and intelligent simulation of soccer, claims EA.

Additional game features include all-new D-pad and button layout options that are claimed to provide more gameplay sophistication for veterans while providing simplicity for casual players. These new options enable players to control the ball and the action with 360-degree player movement and gesture-driven skill moves. From slide tackling an opponent to cutting towards the goal on a counter attack, overall control of the action is precise and responsive using iPad’s Multi-Touch interface.
