Panasonic Lumix FT2

Seems to be a demand for tough cameras and Panasonic have a camera which they believe is virtually indestructible.

The Lumix FT2 follows its predecessor the FT1 and is waterproof to up to 10 metres, shockproof from a height of up to 2metres, dustrproof, and even freezeproof to minus 10 degrees Celsius.

It also has been described as having a Terminator like build, with rubber padding, reinforced glass, carbon resin inside the camera, and a thick, crack resistant LCD screen. If you’re taking it to the beach, whack on the silicon sleeve that comes with it in the box. As a camera, the FT2 not only features 14 megapixels, it can also capture HD quality video at 30 frames per second.

There are plenty of other features to check out on this tough unit…
