Mike and Jenny are getting married. And what better way to arrange a wedding than putting the groom in the Bachelor Bubble and organise the whole thing himself – including the wedding dress!
Mike and Jenny are getting married. And what better way to arrange a wedding than putting the groom in the Bachelor Bubble and organise the whole thing himself – including the wedding dress!
Mike and Jenny won the chance to have their entire wedding paid for by Microsoft, with one serious curveball – Mike would organise the entire wedding on his own, while Jenny took a holiday on the Gold Coast.
The way he would do this from his Bachelor Bubble was utilising his internet connected PC loaded with Windows 7, Office 2010 and Windows Live…
Mike started the event with a high degree of confidence. He had $20 000 to divvy up and who doesn’t love a good excel spreadsheet.
He was also keen to get stuck into some of the Windows 7 applications. Microsoft One Note 2010, a digital notebook, was the designated tool to collate all his clippings and information from the many disparate sources he was searching information on.
Wedding suppliers also started to send in information which he stored online in his Windows Live SkyDrive. The SkyDrive is like your own personal hard drive on the internet.
We’ll find out how he goes in our final episode next week.
