Garmin-Asus A10 is the first Garmin phone in Australia. Garmin is an American company who specialise in navigation devices for all purposes with their handheld GPS devices were used by the US military in the first gulf war in 1991.
There’s two main points about the A10, which is available exclusively on Optus. First, the maps you’ll be using are stored on the phone, not pulled down off the internet.
Second, the A10 is an android phone, which means its operating system is Google’s open source platform (as opposed to Apple which is a closed platform) for mobiles which connects the phone with the internet, and enables the world of applications.
There’s a 3.2 inch touchscreen, 4GB of storage, 5 megapixel camera, and a seriously long battery life to boot.
