Game Review: Watch Dogs

When Watch Dogs was first announced in 2012, I imagined a game much along the lines of a futuristic Assassin's Creed starring a hacker; sneaking around, taking out criminals with only your smartphone.  It had the potential to be truly innovative and genre defying. What we got has much more in common with the open world violence of Grand Theft Auto and Saints Row, but with a bit of hacking thrown in.
