Ubisoft Get Where’s Wally

It’s been 13 years since the last game, now French developer is having a crack at a Where’s Wally game.

Developers Warner Active and Radiance have given it a go, now it’s the turn to give its take on the kids’ popular Where’s Wally franchise, made famous in a series of books by British author/illustrator Martin Handford.

With the rights owned by Classic Media, the new Ubisoft game – Where’s Wally: The Fantastic Journey – has players scouring the world looking for Wally, his friends and other objects.

Players look for hundreds of hidden items in twelve different magical worlds. It can be played in single- or multiplayer mode. In the multiplayer mode, game play is enhanced through a variety of power-up features where players unleash different special effects to gain an advantage over opponents or enhance their own search capabilities.

The game will be available for the Wii, Nintendo DS, Windows-based PC and Mac.

There has been no release date for the Australian market
