Out of the gate first with the biggest Solid State Drive we’ve heard of is pureSilicon with the world’s first 1 Terabyte SSD.

Currently not being marketed for laptops – shame, shame – these amazing new drives almost hit the full SATA II transfer speed of 300MB/s and will be released later on this year.
