LG Watchphone Will Cost A Packet

LG’s newest phone looks like making its debut soon

It was only a matter of time before the watchphone went mainstream. Back in February LG said its GD910 watchphone would soon be available for commercial release in the next couple of months…well in Britain anyway.

Some pundits are stating it will cost about $2,000, which is quite a whack to the pay packet, but it does have some nifty features such as video calling, voice recognition, an integrated music player, a touchscreen, and it is waterproof.

We reckon that these devices could eventually be the way of the future – super portable handsets that take up very little space on your being, but have full functionality. Be even better when the price comes down.

No release date for Australia has been set.
