Facebook Updates iOS App After Snags With Original
By Ryan Borja
Facebook has released a new version of its iOS app that was originally built to allow social media aficionados to more around their Facebook page at twice the current speed.
It is said that the latest update does not use the HTML 5 platform because some developers believe it to blame for the app giving iPhone and iPad users .
While HTML 5 may be helpful in building cross-platform, mobile-friendly apps and websites, but this is not true in some types of applications,
Now called version 5.0, Facebook’s native update was said to be built using Objective-C, which is the main programming language used by Apple. With the update, the Facebook app now supports Timeline for iPad users.
