Dell has today announced the arrival of the Dell Mobile App for Android and iPhone in Australia.  Using Dell’s Mobile App, customers can browse and compare products, read product reviews, place and track an order and access support features.

The App provides users the opportunity to make purchases through a secure, streamlined checkout process, or use the App for research then purchase later. Once a customer has ordered a product they can use the app to track order status no matter where the original order was placed.

 

To improve customer service and support, the new Dell App allows customers to scan a Dell service tag to find out their warranty status and access support features for a specific product. The community features provide forum-based assistance and information from other Dell customers.
