Sony Ericcson Partners With Square Enix

  • Lara Croft comes to Xperia Play

Sony Ericsson is adding to its ever growing optimised titles for Xperia Play with a partnership with game developer, Square Enix.

The partnership will bring much loved title “Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light” exclusively to Android on Xperia Play from November 2011.  More established hits from Square Enix will follow in the coming months.

 “This is just the start of what we plan to do together, but right now, we are delighted to be able to show off the full potential of our games with this innovative smartphone, bringing them to life as our creators intended,” said Ben Cusack, Head of Mobile for Square Enix Europe.

Sony Ericsson’s Xperia™ PLAY smartphone is available to purchase from Optus, Telstra and Virgin Mobile.
