A couple of months after its release, Microsoft’s gaming console, the Xbox One is set to receive to major updates for this quarter – one arriving next week (February 11th to be specific) and another due on March 4th.

The first update will add several new features into the console including improvements in Kinect voice recognition, developer tools, stability updates, battery meter for gamepads, a reorganised My Games & Apps section, a HDD meter so that users can check the amount of storage they still have, a boot progress indicator for tracking updates while they load, support for USB keyboard, and the ability to pick the order of the install line-up.

Meanwhile the March 4 update will contain new features and improvements, most notably Microsoft’s Party and Multiplayer systems, which should come just in time for the release of a new multiplayer-focused game called Titanfall.

Microsoft has also reiterated that the two updates mentioned above are only the first of many updates for the Xbox One and that the company is considering consumer feedback to make the console even better.
