Welcome to this week's Weekly App Roundup! Each week we'll be shining a light on the latest and greatest apps available for your phones and tablets. This week we're taking a look at some fantastic new games, and an app to help you wind down after.

Monster Hunter: Freedom Unite
$18.99
iOS

Monster Hunter: Freedom Unite is a complete port of the incredibly well received and addictive PlayStation Portable game. Freedom Unite takes the form of a mission-based hack 'n' slash roleplaying game, where players, funnily enough, hunt monsters. Controls have been optimised for touch (although I'd recommend playing on an iPad Mini over an iPhone), and there isn't a single in app purchase in site. Be warned, it's addictive! .

Headspace.com – Meditation
Free
iOS, Android

Headspace is "medication made simple". It starts by teaching users the basic of meditation with ten 10 minute exercises (one per day). After, users can purchase a subscription to gain access to a wider array of exercises, ranging from 2 minutes to 1 hour in length. The recently redesigned and refreshed app features hundreds of hours of new content.

99 Bricks: Wizard Academy
$3.79
iOS, Android

99 Bricks: Wizard Academy is almost like an anti-Tetris. While very similar-shaped bricks fall into a similar-shaped playing field, the goal of 99 Bricks is to build up, rather than to clear lines. The higher you can build you precarious tetronimo tower, the better!
