SBS The World Game World Cup Edition
Free
iOS, Android

SBS's The World Game is the ultimate companion for the World Cup. The app not only allows you to watch each game live, but to pick from six different angles! On top of this, the app provides catch up options, schedules, and comprehensive stats. A must for any soccer fan.

Angry Birds Epic

Free
iOS, Android, Windows Phone

Angry Birds Epic is the latest addition to the ever-expanding Angry Birds franchise. This entry takes the form of a turn-based RPG. While not the deepest or most challenging of games, Epic rewards you with 1 to 3 each stars for each fight, depending on how efficiently you finish, providing some added replay value. If you enjoy RPGs, you'll have fun, but it's certainly not the time sink that the original was. Epic also seems a little too keen to take your money through in app purchases, although this isn't as bad as in Angry Birds Racer.

VVVVVV
$3.79
iOS, Android

The hit indie platformer has finally made the journey to iOS and Android. VVVVVV follows Captain Viridian in an inter-dimensional adventure as he tries to rescue his crew. Unlike other platformers, there is no jump button. Instead, players reverse the direction of gravity, instantly flinging them either upwards or downwards, resulting in some mindbending puzzles. VVVVVV plays just as well as its PC counterpart.
