Benchmarking apps have now become a place to spot unreleased devices especially Android handsets and tablets. Today, the latest model to make its unofficial debut is Nokia’s X2 Android smartphone.

By the looks of it, Nokia is still developing Android phones despite its recent acquisition by Microsoft. According to the Antutu benchmark scores of the X2, the phone will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chipset, a 4.3-inch display with a 480×800 pixel resolution, a dual-core processor, Adreno 305 GPU, 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage.

The handset will also have a 5MP+VGA camera combo and will run on Android 4.3 most probably with the same tiled user interface found on the current Nokia X. Furthermore, just like the current model, it looks like the Finnish company is planning to market the X2 as an entry level phone.

As with other leaks, the release of the X2 is still unknown but we’ll keep everyone posted when we found new details about this handset.
