Samsung has a lot of devices lined up these past few weeks from the premium Galaxy F to the massive Galaxy Tab S. By the looks of it, Samsung might have another Galaxy in store for us soon.

Today, images of the alleged Galaxy S5 Mini were spotted on the internet. In terms of looks, the S5 Mini uses the same design language as its bigger brother with materials and button placement almost identical with the original S5.

In terms of specs, the S5 Mini will reportedly have a 720p 4.5-inch Super AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The brains of the handset will be composed of an Exynos 3 Quad chipset with a 1.4GHz quad-core CPU, Mali-400 graphics, 1.5GB of RAM and at least 16GB of on-board storage.

Connectivity options include LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, an IR blaster and GPS with GLONASS. Unfortunately, the S5 Mini settles for lower resolution cameras with an 8MP+2.1MP camera combo. The S5 Mini should run on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box with the latest TouchWiz UX which comes with Ultra Power Saving Mode, Kids Mode, Private Mode and Knox to name a few.

Samsung is holding a special event this week for the Galaxy Tab S, but there’s a chance that the S5 Mini might make an appearance there as well.
