Razer announced today another limited edition variant of its top-of-the-line headphones – the Razer Kraken Forged edition.

The new headphones are crafted from aircraft-grade aluminium and come with matte finish. Just like other Kraken headphones the Forged edition features 40mm Neodymium magnets and provides a frequency response range of 20-20000 Hz. It is also hand assembled that ensures the build quality meant for a premium item.

The Neodymium drivers of the Kraken Forged edition word together with the headphone’s acoustic chambers and isolated closed ear cup to deliver bass, clear mids and crisp highs for sound that’s optimised for music and gaming.

The ear cups feature ear cushions that are made from plush leatherette. The headphones are also adjustable thanks to the flexible and light weight headband with a foldable design. Moreover, the headphones come with a swappable cable with an in-line microphone, which allows gamers to also use this on their smartphones.

The Razer Kraken Forged Edition headphones are now available worldwide through the company’s website for AU$399.95.
